Fair Use Policy

Effective date: 17 April 2026

1. Purpose

This Fair Use Policy helps keep TlaTi commercially predictable and operationally workable for practices using the service for normal appointment administration and patient communication.

This policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, pricing accepted at signup or checkout, and any specific commercial terms agreed with your practice.

2. Standard Use

Standard use generally means ordinary administrative use of TlaTi for a practice's own patient booking and communication workflows.

  • Appointment booking, confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules.
  • Routine reminder flows included in the applicable plan.
  • Routine review-request flows included in the applicable plan.
  • Usage patterns that reasonably align with the subscribed plan, practitioner count, and accepted commercial terms.

3. Out-of-Scope or Separately Scoped Use

Some use cases fall outside standard plan scope and may require different pricing, implementation, or written commercial terms.

  • Bulk outreach or campaign-style patient messaging.
  • Repeated extra follow-up sequences beyond normal reminder logic.
  • Custom branching, bespoke workflow design, or unusual automation depth.
  • Large-scale or unusual volumes that materially differ from normal practice administration.
  • Optional voice services, premium add-ons, or implementation work priced separately.

4. How TlaTi Handles Unusual Usage

If usage appears materially outside normal plan expectations, TlaTi may review the account and engage with the Customer about whether a different plan, add-on, or custom commercial arrangement is more appropriate.

Where reasonably possible, TlaTi will aim to address commercial or operational issues through notice and discussion before more restrictive action is taken, but retains the rights set out in the Terms of Service where misuse, non-payment, abuse, or service-risk issues arise.

5. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect pricing, product scope, provider constraints, or operational experience. Material changes will apply prospectively.
