All plans include a setup call to help your team navigate the system and launch cleanly.

Usage is measured in confirmed appointments, not raw message count — keeping pricing predictable and tied to the value the practice receives.

Bulk outreach, repeated extra follow-up nudges, multiple review reminders per consultation, and custom branching flows may need separate scope or pricing.

Optional voice services, premium add-ons, and unusual usage patterns are quoted separately where required.
